As an LPN in this position, you will be responsible for implementing the patient's plan of care, assessing and providing patient reports and assisting family members with patient self-care, and coordinating home health services.

We are currently seeking a self-motivated, dynamic, and caring individual to join us as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Henderson, Nevada.

Qualifications:

  • Have a current valid Nevada State Board of Nursing LPN License
  • Possess a current valid Nevada Class C Driver's license
  • Have reliable personal transportation
  • Have a current CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Have, or be able to obtain, a TB clearance health card that meets federal/state requirements

Education:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing school program for a licensed practical nurse course of study.
