N Position Type Management JOB SUMMARY The Senior Business Analyst, Empower Guest Services is responsible for managing innovative and emerging products within the Hotel Operations and Building Systems Team. This role will collaborate with business partners to maintain a well-groomed product backlog of feature enhancements that include refined user stories ready for development and solid timelines. The Senior Business Analyst will demonstrate management skills and leadership in a highly matrixed environment and must be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders on numerous competing priorities. The candidate will be moderately technical with a proven record of creative solutioning and problem-solving in addition to developing multi-year technology roadmaps for products. California Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $96,038.00 to $209,169.00 annually. Colorado Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $96,038.00 to $190,154.00 annually. Hawaii Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $116,205.00 to $209,169.00 annually. New York Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $96,038.00 to $209,169.00 annually. Washington Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $96,038.00 to $209,169.00 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus. Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
