OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
This position is located in Covington, KY servicing Cambridge Square Apartments. The maintenance technician is vital to the smooth operation of the property. They are responsible for, among other things, the completion of daily maintenance requests, the general upkeep of the grounds, preventative mainteannce, and the completion of make-ready apartments.

Pay: $20/hr + phone allowance + competitive benefit package, including a 401(k) match of up to 5% after 6 months of employment

Position Requirements
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
HVAC certified preferred and prioritized
High school diploma or GED
Three years of work experience in the maintenance field preferred
Certification in related maintenance fields such as plumbing, electrical, refrigeration is desirable or should be pursued during tenure of employment
Possession of a valid driver's license and personal auto insurance is essential; employee must be insurable with company vehicle insurance
PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Handling of equipment and materials that weigh up to 100 pounds.
Bending, kneeling, stretching, walking, standing up to 8 hours daily
