Primary Function:

Our Ambler, PA location is currently seeking a Claims Administrator. This role is a multi-faceted role responsible for handling and processing product insurance subrogation claims and related complaints, incidents, and issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigating, evaluating and resolving insurance claims
  • Liaison and communicate with insurance adjusters/companies and customers
  • Negotiating settlements and authorizing payments
  • Maintain and manage the claims database including claim status updates
  • Review and process invoices
  • Conferring with legal counsel and experts when necessary
  • Responsible for internal and external claims reporting
  • Support Claims department with additional tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Law/Administration, or Actuarial Science or related experience
  • 3+ years of insurance subrogation claims experience is preferred, as is experience in consumer products
  • Experience with product forensics and/or product liability law is preferred
  • Extremely detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal skills are required
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs including Excel and PowerPoint
