Job Title: IBM WebSphere Commerce

Candidate Should have a experience in C#, SQL backend server, HTML and Angular.
  • Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of digital platforms, including web content management (WCM), customer relationship management (CRM), and e-commerce systems. Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Azure, AWS, and other cloud platforms is beneficial
  • Strategic Planning: The ability to develop and implement strategies for the digital experience platform to align with the organization's objectives. This includes planning and executing digital initiatives that improve user experience and drive business growth.
  • Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service. The DEP Lead must be able to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: The ability to monitor the performance of the digital platform and make data-driven decisions to optimize its effectiveness. This involves analyzing user behavior, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing improvements based on insights.
  • Innovation and Improvement: A continuous drive to explore new technologies and trends to enhance the digital experience. The DEP Lead should be able to identify opportunities for innovation and implement best practices to stay ahead in the digital landscape.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The DEP Lead must be able to articulate the value of digital initiatives to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals. These skills are crucial for ensuring the success of digital initiatives and delivering a seamless and engaging experience for users.
  • To design and develop new tools as per the client s requirements and or customize the existing tools.
  • To lead the technical design , ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices, while determining the optimal configuration of modules, databases, interfaces, and integrations to support business processes.
  • To prepare capability presentations, assessments, proposal preparation.
  • To coordinate project management related activities like creating project plans, allocating resources, and coordinating activities among team members and stakeholders.
  • To support the professional growth and development of the consulting team members by training, and mentorship.
