What you will do:

We are looking for a Recruiter Administrator to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, support recruiting efforts, and assist with candidate communication and onboarding. You will work from our Berlin, Connecticut, location two days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job openings on multiple job boards to attract a diverse candidate pool.
  • Pre-screen and assess applicants based on relevant skills and experience.
  • Use sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart Sourcing to engage with candidates.
  • Created and manage customized Facebook ads to target potential applicants.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage new hire paperwork and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Track and manage offer letters and onboarding packets via Docusign.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and new hire lunches.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including managing Outlook calendars.
  • Assist in maintaining an applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure candidate data is up-to-date and accurate. (Dayforce and/or Paycom)
  • To support data-driven decisions, generate regular reports on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate sources).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand alignment in job postings and social media outreach.
  • Support recruitment events, job fairs, and career open days as needed.
  • Coordinate travel when needed, flights, hotel, rentals
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate information and adhere to data privacy regulations.

What we are looking for:

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Recruiting Platforms (LinkedIn, indeed, Facebook, etc)
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Independent, dynamic worker, strong attention to detail
  • Travel periodically in US and CN
