Job Description
Job Title: Technologist

Job Specialty: Computed Tomography (CT)

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours per week

Experience: Minimum of 24 months of current CT Tech experience required

License: Active Arizona License

Certifications: ARRT, BLS (AHA)

Must-Have:
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross certifications active upon application
- No license infractions
- Flu vaccination (declinations can be applied for)

Job Description:

- Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered.
- Ensure a complete submission cover page with all requested information accurately filled out.
- Candidates should be flexible to work in various locations and shifts.
- Travel experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Provide a resume listing all facilities, including facility size, bed count, trauma level, and units worked in.
- Skills checklist specific to the discipline must be updated and recent (within a year).
- Active certifications and license verifications must be current and verified recently.
- Be prepared for possible weekend and on-call shifts as determined by the facility.
- Ability to comply with specific background requirements and attestations.
- Submit vaccination status within submission notes.
- Candidates need to be ready to accept positions upon submission, and any withdrawals should be notified promptly.
