This position works collaboratively with members of the interdisciplinary hospice team, and oversees the work of appropriate caregivers (such as Hospice Aides and/or LPN) to ensure quality patient care and to enhance the quality of life of dying patients. This position is supervised by a Hospice Clinical Manager, through patient care documentation and electronic medical records, written and verbal communication, and direct observation of patient care.
