Desktop Analyst

As a Desktop Analyst, you will be part of the Client Services team supporting Tier 2+ clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Title: Desktop Analyst Tier II

Location: ONSITE in Dublin, OH

Pay Range: $25hr

Contract Length: 6mo to start

• Address computer hardware and software issues

• Assist with PC deployments

• Record assets in a management system

• Interact with clients directly in a walk-up style IT Clinic

• Demonstrate knowledge of client and warehouse hardware, software, operating systems, network configuration, server interaction, diagnostics, and troubleshooting

What's Needed?

• Associates degree in related field or equivalent work experience, preferred

• 2+ years' experience in related field preferred

• Applicable technical certifications preferred

• Excellent technical skills

• Strong interpersonal skills
