The Clinical Staff Nurse is an experienced professional Registered Nurse (RN), committed to excellence in nursing practice and patient care management. Reporting to the Clinical Unit Supervisor, you will be accountable for 12 hours of organizing, planning, directing, coordinating, and delivering high-quality, individualized patient/family-centered care based on the Watson Model of Care for a designated patient group. This role requires a complete understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital, demonstrating behaviors aligned with our Core Values. You will also support our strategic plan and participate in the goals and activities of the quality and performance improvement process.
