Hours: Full Time Days - Tuesday to Friday with varying hours (7am - 7:30pm Tues and Thur, 7am -3:30pm Wed and Fri). Flexibility required to support department operation.

Job Summary: Seeking a dependable and cooperative individual to perform cardiac MRI procedures, ensuring safe and age-appropriate patient care.

Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Operate and maintain MRI equipment
  • Provide quality patient care
  • Educate and communicate effectively
  • Ensure quality control and maintain standards
  • Perform cardiac MRI scanning
  • Complete operational tasks as needed

Required Minimum Education: Completion of an accredited MRI program or ARRT-R. Successful completion of WellStar's Cardiac MRI training program.

Required Licenses and Certifications:

  • Certified MRI Technologist or ARRT Magnetic Resonance Imaging
  • Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor

Required Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years clinical experience caring for patients or in an MRI clinical setting preferred.

Required Minimum Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Competent in all aspects of MRI procedures and safety.
