As a Toddler Teacher at Primrose School of Danville, you’ll create a fun, safe environment for little ones who are constantly on the move. Through a daily schedule of purposeful play, you’ll help lay the foundation for the school setting as children navigate a classroom environment, build their motor skills and grow their vocabulary.

Vacation (Year 1 to end of 3rd year, 5 days each year, Beginning Year 4 to end of 5th year, 10 days a year and Beginning Year 6 onwards, 15 days each year)

Education Requirements:

12 core semester units in early childhood education/development semester units

6 months experience in a licensed childcare center or comparable group childcare program.

Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum.

Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
