Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ, and Plano, TX. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to identify issues and/or control improvements for remediation Act as an ambassador of the risk culture
  • Guide technology executives, risk officers and technology SMEs with training & recommendations during reviews, develop and communicate procedures as requirements change over time, challenge gaps in evidence, ensure controls are sustainable and addresses risks appropriately
  • Identify deficiencies, discuss with line management, and initiate recommendations
  • Execute QA strategy by executing sound QA practices, leverage automation and innovative methods, and deliver in a timely and high-quality manner

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in risk management, audit, compliance, or a combination of each
  • Experience executing across multiple stakeholders, managing participation and timely coordination of risk and control routine deliverables; lead meetings as needed ensure effective collaboration and execution of deliverables
  • ble to influence outside of direct team to facilitate changes to control environment
  • Financial Services process engineering, quality assurance, or other process control functions, control measurement, testing or audit experience+
  • MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • ble to challenge in a firm but non-confrontational manner

  • Will often be asked to solve complex problems but solve them in a way that doesn't create complex processes
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and perform thematic analysis

Pay Range: $38.44 - $46.44
