This individual will be responsible for working with Information Technology and the Business Areas within the company. They will make sure their needs are understood and delivered, while also ensuring that the needs align with the overall Information Technology strategy. This individual will develop the Business and Technology Requirements, Use Cases and required artifacts for projects from initiation through implementation and provide consistent communication with the stakeholders to make sure requirements are being delivered. Follows the adopted change management protocol and adhere to project management processes to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in IT field

 8+ years of experience working in an IT environment

 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst

 Experience working in an agile environment / user stories / working with stake holders on the business side to drive projects

 Project experience working on / implementing Salesforce CRM Experience working with ServiceNow or Jira

 Industry experience in either Banking or Finance

 Business requirements training and/or certifications null
