Job Summary:

The Real Estate Marketing Specialist works with the VP of Marketing, Director of Marketing, and Experiential Marketing Manager on the marketing programs for real estate. This role is responsible for executing with the production team cross-channel marketing strategies that communicate the company's real estate and membership value proposition and message to the consumer. With the Director of Marketing, this role promotes and executes the marketing tools to create marketing leads, nurture leads and drive sales revenue. This is an influential and visible role within the marketing production and sales teams as this role will act as the go to for marketing assets to promote the resale and company sales programs.

This role is highly organized, posses the ability to manage many projects and deadlines at once and much have a get it done attitude. This role leads the internal production process and systems, manages calendars and tasks, production personnel, and work to improve marketing performance and develop and maintain effective operational workflows.

Essential Functions:

  • Execute the overall Palmetto Bluff real estate marketing strategy as directed by the VP of Marketing and Director of Marketing by working with the marketing and production team to complete real estate-oriented tasks in a timely and on-budget manner.
  • Oversee the execution of new real estate property business development, positioning, and asset production strategy. Develop timelines and launch strategies for new products and marketing plans as needed. Concept and work with the team on developing tools to promote company land sales and resales.
  • Liaison between marketing and sales, ensuring the sales team’s needs and business goals are met.
  • Create assets and materials to support the Palmetto Bluff Builder Program and leverage for cross-marketing opportunities.
  • Oversight of real estate promotion and strategies on social media and digital marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain the operational production framework, calendars, and tracking to produce marketing campaigns effectively and efficiently, on time, and on budget.
  • Oversee real estate initiatives on the marketing calendar for scheduling, prioritization, and production.
  • Coordinate real estate-oriented events and assist with marketing events as needed.
  • Work with the Real Estate Operations Manager and production team to create collateral associated with Discovery Packages and educate the sales team on usage.
  • Work closely with the Real Estate Listing Manager to ensure all listings are properly marketed via social media, promotional materials, and ads. Brainstorm new and creative ways to present both our listings and Palmetto Bluff Real Estate Company as the leading firm at Palmetto Bluff.
  • According to the process documents, manage all real estate assets on the marketing server and Google Drive in an orderly way.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual real estate reports in collaboration with the Real Estate Sales Assistance and the communications of reports to resident and prospect databases.
  • Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing department by offering suggestions and directing or participating as an active team member.
  • Demonstrates courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with the public, members, and staff; acts to promote a harmonious and effective workplace environment.
Qualifications:
  • College Degree in marketing, business, systems or other related field required.
  • Two + years of experience working in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office products to include Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Professional phone skills with excellent customer service.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with salesforce.com and preferably experience with Marketing Cloud and Property Base.
  • Strong technical skills and mindset to leverage database and workflow drive software.
  • Ability to deliver high quality work, quickly, in a dynamic organization under pressure.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant and close visual work at desk or computer.
  • Constant sitting and working at a desk.
  • Frequent verbal and written communication with staff and other business associates by telephone, correspondence, or in person.
  • Must be able to lift objects weighing between 0 and 30 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend and lift
  • Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail
  • Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.
  • Must be available to travel on occasion to locations for training and/or conferences for future educational development as well as travel to off site sales & marketing events
