The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in KYC and KYB due diligence to maintain our integrity and customer trust. This role requires exquisite time management and decision-making skills to handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: Analyze customer information and financial transactions to identify fraud and risk patterns. Adhere to standard operating procedures to mitigate risks effectively. Document all processes, maintaining detailed and accurate transaction records. Deliver excellent customer service while enforcing risk policies. Work collaboratively across teams to address customer-related issues and continuously improve processes. Must-Have Skills: In-depth knowledge of KYC and KYB procedures. Proficient computer skills for handling multiple applications. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Industry Experience: At least 2+ years in risk management, preferably within finance or related sectors. Familiarity with the financial industry's regulatory environment is highly beneficial. Additional Requirements: This position is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days on-site work per week, including Saturdays and most holidays. A proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and fraud patterns is essential.
