Veterinary Technician Supervisor

BluePearl Pet Hospital is looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician Supervisor ready to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals.

Position: Veterinary Technician Supervisor

Work Schedule: Full Time; Thurs/Fri/Sat, Holidays, On-call, Weekend availability

Pay Range: $30.20 - $47.30/hour

*This pay band is dependent on local veterinary licensing, experience, and advancement through our competency assessment tool.

Competitive Shift Differentials: Earn more with our shift differentials

• Weekday Night (Mon-Fri 6p to 8a): $4.00

• Weekend Day (Sat-Sun 8a to 6p): $4.00

• Weekend Night (Sat-Sun 6p to 8a): $5.50

As a Veterinary Technician Supervisor , you will…

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills and business knowledge. 

• Coach team members to be continuously aware and proactive at anticipating and addressing patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations. 

• Works with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings. 

• Organize training schedules for Technician staff. 

• Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution.

• Provide feedback leadership and works to develop performance improvement plans. 

• Other related duties as assigned.
