If you’re prepared to take your real estate career to the next level, apply now Responsibilities: • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client Qualifications: • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Independent and self motivated Compensation: $300,000 at plan
