Java Full Stack Lead with React JS (hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with 8+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React JS React Springboot Microservices and Java. Additionally experience in Billing and Revenue Management is mandatory. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust solutions that drive our business forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using React JS React Springboot Microservices and Java.
  • Oversee the architecture and integration of Billing and Revenue Management systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the scalability performance and security of the applications by implementing best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support the development and deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the architecture and solutions.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
  • Implement automated testing and continuous integration to enhance the development workflow.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and proposing improvements to existing systems.

Required qualifications:

  • Possess a strong background in React JS React Spring boot Microservices and Java with hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Billing and Revenue Management systems and their integration.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Show proficiency in designing scalable and secure software architectures.
  • Have a proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 12/27/2024

The annual salary for this position is between $68K - $130K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
