Job Responsibilities

As an ERP Administrator, you will play an integral position within our client's Information Technology Department. This will involve assisting in a variety of essential job functions that include the advanced operation and upgrading of the ERP environment in alignment with the organization.

Specific duties in this role include:

• Assist in training end-user on process improvement and creating training materials
• Technical support for end-users
• Work with department managers to define business requirements
• create reports and validate data
• Act as a technical liaison between technical and non-technical end-users

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced ERP Administrator who combines strong leadership and organizational skills, with solid prioritization and attention to detail abilities. You must have sound judgment and strong reasoning skills, as well as good analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Specific requirements for this position include:

• Must have experience in ERP support (Netsuite is preferred but not required)
• Experience working with cross-functional departments
• Have an understanding of report writing concepts
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Ability to work efficiently independently as well as part of a team
• Experience training end-users and creating training documents is a nice plus
