Job Title: IWS Administrator
Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota::Remote

Roles & Responsibilities:

Role Responsibilities:

Mandatory Qualifications:
1. IWS Tool Administration
2. Hands-on IWS Distribution Systems experience to include implementation/installations, upgrades, migrations, etc.
3. Upgrade of existing TWS Environment to appropriate IBM Workload Scheduler
4. Clone TWS environment and move to AWS Cloud Instance

JOB SUMMARY
IWS tool Administration
Incident/Problem/Change Management
New IWS installs on servers
Install patches- currently at 9.4.0.06
Manage Passwords -every 60/90 days
Escalate tickets to IBM Support- Datagather
Monitor space on IWS servers
Stop/Start IWS on servers
Handling Incidents, Service requests, Change requests & Jira taks
Ability to handle root cause for the repetitive issues
Upgrade existing TWS environment to appropriate IBM Workload Scheduler
Clone TWS environment and move to AWS Cloud Instance
Documenting all the known errors and the solution provided
