Position Description:
In-House Engineer & Service Support will assist with all required service reports, including inspection of equipment. Also, support the company Mission by assisting with the staging and tearing down of CT systems and provide technical support to the entire organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in CT staging and refurbishment
- Test, troubleshoot and repair C-Arm's, Injectors and Workstations prior to shipping
- Load software on CT/PET CT consoles and workstation
- Installing CT and PET CT's into mobiles
- Removing PHI
- Providing phone support to service managers and FSE's, as well as occasionally assisting in the field
- Project Management:
- Pre-qualifying systems upon procurement
- Scheduling on site system inspections
- Review Inspection Reports
- Maintaining project log of all upcoming projects (mobile builds, installations, de-installations and staging)
- Hold a weekly meeting to discuss in detail current and upcoming projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Education
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
- Some college desired
Experience
- Equipment experience
Travel
- Valid driver's license and solid driving record for a minimum of five years REQUIRED
- Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
- Willing and able to undertake after-hours travel
Competencies
- High mechanical aptitude and experience with using various tools properly
- Proficient in basic MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written English language and communication skills with internal and external customers; understands the importance of delivering messages in a professional and responsive manner

- Analytical, able to reason and evaluate information and make correct decisions
