Leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate an IT vision that inspires and motivates IT staff and aligns to the business strategy. Hands on with C#/.NET and ETL.

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of data processing principles, methods and procedures, and of software systems.
  • Knowledge of different computer systems, including equipment and software, and of system features and capabilities for integration.
  • Knowledge of the systems design and development process including requirements analysis, feasibility studies, and software design, testing, installation and evaluation.
  • Proficient in IT budget planning and IT financial management.
  • Knowledge of project management standards and practices.
  • Knowledge of strategic and operational planning.
  • Skill in effectively managing, leading and delegating work and projects.
  • Skill in planning and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies tobusiness leaders, and business concepts to the IT workforce.
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff, members, member organizations, service providers and the public.
  • Skill in the use of a personal computer and proficient in Microsoft Office products Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree and 10 years of progressively responsible experience in managing an IT unit
  • Working with 3rd party vendors/budgeting/strategic planning/performance
  • Hands on experience with .NET, C#, ETL, Data and reporting tools
  • least 5 years at a management level.
  • Oracle, SAP, IBM, or industry standard, Data Warehousing experience
  • Demonstrated record of accomplishments and operational excellence.
Certifications in Azure/MS a plus
