Telecommunications Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Telecommunications Analyst III to join their team. As a Telecommunications Analyst, you will be part of the Telecommunications Department supporting our business partners and people in our care. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently but in a team environment, meet deadlines, be punctual, able to multi-task and balance their work day, and troubleshoot complex problems and determine a solution. Job Title: Telecommunications Analyst Location: Madison, WI Pay Range: $31 - $34/hour What's the Job? Assisting with supporting and installing telephones, cellphones, and other video conferencing solutions Managing video conferencing infrastructure and endpoints Supporting Unified Communications Systems (Webex, PBX, ACD, etc) Managing mobile devices Understanding networking concepts (CUBE, SBC, SIP, H323, VoIP, etc) What's Needed? 2-5 years of experience in telecommunications Experience with Cisco, Mitel, Zoom, AirWatch, Apple Business Management, and Microsoft preferred Soft skills: Ability to work independently but in a team environment, meet deadlines, be punctual, able to multi-task and balance their work day, and troubleshoot complex problems and determine a solution What's in it for me?
