Key Skill Set
  • Hands-on JIRA/Confluence admin skills
  • Excellent Excel skills and ability to generate reports
  • Technical/ software background (Comp Sci, Engineering or other technical degree)
  • Very good communication and teamwork skills (for effective JIRA follow up)
  • Detail-oriented and reliable. Well-organized. Results-motivated and quick learner
Nice to Have
  • Experience with databases (JQL) and data analytics, scripting skills and MS Project, SharePoint
  • Software development experience in a large team environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist RM team in JIRA data management, generating reports
  • Assist RM team in driving JIRA burndown
  • Assist RM team to prepare for software release-related activities such as release convergence, change management and risk management, legal code compliance
  • Assist on improving process and procedure in the team.
  • Prepare for release retrospectives.
  • Measure and analyze data for release key performance indicators
