Job Title: Tissue Technician

Location: Chapel Hill, NC

Pay Range: $18/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Assemble tissue products following standard instructions

  • Set up and operate production equipment and supplies

  • Inspect your work and perform simple repairs as needed

  • Learn multiple assembly tasks while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity

  • Request materials, report quality issues, and record measurements as necessary

What’s Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required

  • Experience with complex assembly tasks

  • Good finger dexterity for cutting, sewing, and reinforcing surgical molds made from pig products

  • Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills

  • Ability to follow all safety and production policies, including maintaining an excellent attendance record

What’s in it for me?

  • $18 an hour pay rate

  • Sign on bonus

  • Weekly pay with direct deposit

  • Monday-Friday schedule 2nd shift hours 4pm-12:30am, must be available to train on a 1st Shift schedule for the first ~month
