We have an exciting opportunity for a Surgical Floor Nurse to join a leading provider of healthcare services. The position is located at St. David's Medical Center in Austin, Texas.
Job Summary and Qualifications
The Surgical Floor Nurse will be responsible for performing patient assessments, developing care plans, implementing and evaluating care, administering medications, providing pre- and post-operative care, and facilitating discharge plans in collaboration with the care team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, a BSN, and a current State of Texas RN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and ACLS certification is preferred.

St. David's Medical Center is a full-service hospital located in central Austin, Texas. The facility offers a wide range of services including cancer care, heart and vascular care, imaging services, joint replacement and orthopedics, women's services, complex surgical services, and a Bariatric Surgery Center.
