Your purpose:

Wine Advisors work on various outbound phone campaigns contacting current customers (called Angels) to make personal connections and help build tailored Angel wine cases. To be successful in this role, the Wine Advisor must be able to meet core KPIs including daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, eager to deliver and execute 5-star quality customer service by expanding on their wine knowledge and contributing to excellence in service.

To nail your job you will:

  • Perform outbound sales through phone and text-based campaigns
  • Work independently and within a team towards meeting specific sales, contact, and service targets with an expectation to meet or exceed these goals daily
  • Gain knowledge of products, promotions, and winemakers in order to provide the most relevant and pertinent information to customers
  • Provide the highest levels of service to provide solutions to customers in order to ensure that shipments are received in a timely and expected manner
  • Provide support to the service team during high-volume periods
  • Other tasks, duties, or special projects as assigned

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of relevant sales experience preferred
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Must have the ability to connect to the internet- We do not have an allowance for this
  • Must live in the state of Colorado or California for payroll tax purposes
  • Must be eligible on your own to work in the US to qualify. An employer-sponsored work visa is not currently available for this role

  • $25.00/ hour + Commission
