What we need from you:

Experience - You have at least 2-3+ years of claims processing experience

Customer Service - You have phenomenal customer service, communication, and telephone skills

Comprehensive Knowledge - Understanding of insurance terminology and processing claims

Software - You are proficient with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other claims management systems or risk management software
Responsibilities:
-
Verify that claims are completed and accurate before sending them to the claims adjuster/examiner.
-
Evaluate claim amounts and assist with processing payments.
-
Responsible for scheduling inspection appointments and documenting a findings report.
-
Manage the documentation of information to ensure all necessary paperwork is finalized.

Research insurance information to determine if a claim should be processed or denied coverage.

Make arrangements for inspection appointments and note the findings in the reports.
