Mlee Healthcare is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to assess, plan, and implement respiratory care, administer therapies, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Requirements:
  • Montana Board of Respiratory Care Practitioners and all required prerequisites.
  • Required knowledge of general respiratory care processes, procedures, and equipment.
  • The respiratory therapist must maintain a professional appearance, conduct, and service delivery by these standards.
  • Understanding continuous quality improvement procedures and current projects is necessary.
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS
  • Knowledge of safety and infection control regulations and recommendations is also required.
Job Descriptions/Essential Functions:
  • Assess and identify issues in cardio-pulmonary care, communicating with the department director, physician, or charge nurse as needed.
  • Provide skilled, evidence-based care under physician direction, evaluating the efficacy of implemented problem-solving techniques.
  • Assist in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring to document allergies, medications, procedures, history, chief complaint, and vital signs accurately.
