Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time skilled Dental Hygienist to join our established dental office. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care and oral hygiene services to our patients. We are open Monday - Wednesday 830am-430pm and Thursday 830am-330pm.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures such as cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Take digital dental xrays (including CBCT and pano)
- Administer local anesthesia under the dentist's supervision
- Maintain patient records accurately
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
Qualifications:
- Valid Dental Hygienist license
- Proficient in HIPAA regulations
- Experience working in a dental office setting
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental software
- Experience in a periodontist office is a plus
- Ability to perform medical imaging procedures
