Skills & Requirements
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. This Manufacturing position will require a minimum of 3-5 years Manufacturing experience.
Primary Qualifications include:
- 3- 5 years Manufacturing experience with strong analytical skills.
- A good working knowledge of lean manufacturing, product planning and routing.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes for Fuel Tanks, Fuel/Hydraulic Actuators and Aircraft Systems is highly desired.
- Must have attention to detail and understand the need for accuracy, timeliness and quality in assigned work tasks.
- Other desired skills are knowledge of CAD Software, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of various Manufacturing Software and Tracking tools such as Solumina.
- Extensive use of MS Office tools and strong written skills a must.
Education
Requires a B.S. in Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field
