- Provide occupational therapy services to clients in need of rehabilitation assistance.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to evaluate and implement effective treatment plans.
- Adapt treatment plans to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and therapy sessions.
- Educate clients and their families on processes and necessary home exercises to enhance recovery.
- Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and motivate them throughout therapy.
- Commit to a 36-hour work guarantee each week, offering consistent therapy services.
- Participate in a standard orientation period to integrate into work environment efficiently.
