Receiving Specialist

Receive all inbound products into the distribution center using all provided systems
Responsibilities
- Receive all product into our WMS system with 100% accuracy
- Inbound product received within 24 hours of delivery
- Notify material handler when product is ready for put away
- Notify Warehouse manager and procurement if/when there are discrepancies with inbound product
- Operate a forklift and pallet jack safely
- All returns moved to quarantine
- Using Slack notify what items have been delivered for each PO in the "Supply Chain" channel
- Conduct daily cycle counts
- High School/GED
- Minimum 1 year receiving experience
- Minimum 1 year forklift operating experience
- Minimum 1 year working in a warehouse/distribution center environment
- Efficient in excel
- RF scanner experience preferred but not required
- Experience in a WMS system required
- Experience with Netsuite preferred but not required
- Experience with FedEx Ship Manager preferred but not required
- Experience with FedEx Claims process preferred but not required
- Experience with Shopify preferred but not required
