MSH is the only public psychiatric hospital in Montana that serves people admitted from communities across the state. Registered Nurse Leads provide assistance and support to clients in maintaining a therapeutic environment.This position is responsible for monitoring and evaluating nursing services including providing immediate assistance and consultation in problem solving and decision making during crisis and high risk situations. Coordinates and reviews investigation of unusual incidents, patient grievances, complaints and allegations of abuse; and supervising assigned staff and patient services.
