Descriptions:
Provides expert level business process guidance on Navy NOSS SAP requirements and design. Requires experience in designing/configuring business processes in SAP logistics, MRP, and Materials Management. Must have expertise integrating with FI, SD, and FM to integrate functionality. Develop scenario demonstrations and presentation to senior leadership. Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.

Performs independent high-level design of enterprise application systems. Establishes the basic structure of the system, defines essential core design features and elements that provide the framework. Works closely with systems users in the identification and resolution of user problems and concerns for complex projects. Performs cost-benefit analyses to determine whether requirements are best met by manual, software, or hardware functions; making maximum use of commercial off-the-shelf or already developed components. Generates a set of acceptance test requirements for complex systems, together with the designers, test engineers, and the user to determine that all of the high-level requirements have been met, especially for the computer-human-interface. May participate in business development activities. May be assigned responsibility for the management of the function, including associated staff.

Required skills:
  • 2-5 years S/4HANA MM and relationship to Defense and Security configuration, Knowledgeable on SAP Defense and Security disconnected solution, Knowledgeable on US DoD and Navy, Excellent written and oral communications
  • This position requires experience in designing/configuring business processes in SAP IM/MM/Supply Chain in relation to SAP D&S.
  • Providing D&S requirements definition.
  • Providing configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support, as necessary.
  • Preparing/conducting briefings, demos, or training sessions, respond to audit inquiries as needed.
Preferred Skills:
  • Federal experience desired (DoD experience preferred)
  • DoD clearance required (must be clearable
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, engineering, or other relevant discipline. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree.
Primary Duties:
  • Configuration of S/4HANA MM, MRP and related procurement in support of demonstration development, (20%)
  • Provide expertise SAP IM/MM/Supply Chain in relation to SAP D&S in support of scenario demonstrations and roadmap development (30%)
  • Develop and maintain systems documentation (10%)
  • Prepare/conduct briefings, demos or training sessions as needed. (40%)
