Endur Application Support Analysts

We are seeking Endur Application Support Analysts (business analysts and developers). You will be responsible for serving as a member of the production support team supporting the client's Endur-related trading and operations-related activities and users. The location can be remote or onsite in Houston.

Responsibilities

  • Provides operational support for Endur ETRM by analyzing/resolving issues and maintenance/coordination of different applications.
  • Daily operations (Infrastructure and health checks) and business support to identify potential root causes for failures and coordinate fixes with Development teams.
  • Monitoring EOD and ensure completeness
  • Coordinate and work closely with business and IT stakeholders to quickly respond with issue resolutions
  • Coordinate and contribute Bug Fixes, Change Requests and enhancements in close collaboration with ETRM stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with traders, schedulers, back office, QA, infrastructure, technical support, business development, and various management teams globally.
  • Manage user access to Endur, related tools, and 3rd party applications
  • Build documentation for common procedures, troubleshooting scenarios, and system architecture.

Required Skills and Experience

  • BS in IT, Computer Science, etc. or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of direct work experience in Endur V16 or higher (including but not limited to configuration, enhancements, workflows etc.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in Endur across the front, middle, and back office modules like Trading Explorer, Market Explorer, Back Office Desktop, APM, and Report Builder, and TPM
  • Experience in working with EOD workflows and sim results
  • Experience with JVS, OpenComponents, and SQL
  • Good working knowledge of the Power, Gas, and Renewables markets
  • Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to gather requirements, conduct analysis, create use cases, testing, and deployment to production

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Functional and business knowledge in Endur across Front, Risk and Back office functions.
  • Script development skills, particularly related to automating Endur processes.
  • SQL knowledge, including queries, updates, table creation, and basic database maintenance.
  • Experience with commonly integrated systems such as BroadPeak K3, WebICE, Trayport, YesEnergy, NatgasHub, Hartigen, Adapt2
