Our client is seeking a Support Specialist to join their team. As a Support Specialist, you will be part of the customer service and manufacturing support team, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Support Specialist

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $20 to $30 an hour depending on experience

What's the Job?

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing product specifications, order status, and general support.

  • Process orders, handle returns and exchanges, while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate supply orders to ensure timely replenishment.

  • Generate and distribute jobs based on production demands, ensuring accurate job details for the production team.

  • Maintain open, professional, and courteous communication with all internal and external stakeholders.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

  • Customer support experience required, preferably in the firearms or outdoor industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
