Primary Duties Assist CRM Systems team with daily user support, troubleshooting, enhancement testing, reporting of incidents, and miscellaneous daily tasks Lead the reporting and support of US Clinical KPIs for CRM tracking supporting sales, marketing, and commercial operations. Complete daily and weekly admin requests, manage and support team meetings, technical requests, and work with IS team for change requirements. Support CPQ requests from quote, contract, and sales teams. Develop, communicate, and maintain SOPs to support pricing and CRM efficiency. Strong focus on CRM data quality; engaging with Master Data and thorough understanding of business rules. Take ownership of CRM Product Book and related CPQ Commercial Configurations. Ad-hoc reporting and dashboard upkeep. Working with the sales, marketing, contract teams and other functions within the commercial organization. Performs other duties as assigned. Training and Education Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field is required. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing field, preferably within a life sciences company. Must have 1-2 years hands on experience using all Microsoft Office software, Salesforce.com and CPQ. Experience demonstrating priority management, attention to detail and problem solving, and solution implementation skills required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficient using Microsoft office; PowerPoint, Word and Excel, Salesforce.com, CPQ Strong communication skills, both verbal and via email Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Flexible and skilled at multitasking Commitment to company values
