Join our float nursing pool and create your own flexible schedule We have opportunities available at multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers in a specific geographic area for a Regional Float Nursing Assistant. Work a minimum of two shifts a week, including every other weekend, or full-time hours, depending on open shifts.

As a Regional Float Nursing Assistant, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will also perform various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of our patients.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a state-approved nursing assistant program
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Basic computer knowledge or willingness to learn
  • Attendance of minimum 12 hours of continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification
