Harelick Dental Associates, LLC is a progressive, state of the art dental practice focused on family, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. Harelick Dental has been our family practice since 1974 and is now in the second generation of leadership. We are clinically focused, choosing evidence-based techniques to maximize patient health.

You will walk into a large existing patient base and a well-oiled team. The founder is continuing down the road of partial retirement, an existing associate is moving to our other office and the owner is looking to cut back.  At the same time the practice continues to grow with strong patient-to-patient referrals, five-star online reviews, tasteful marketing and support from the best possible team. 

We are located in Fairhaven on the South Coast of Massachusetts. Enjoy beautify beaches and low cost of living in the surrounding area including Dartmouth, Mattapoisett, Marion, Acushnet, Rochester, Lakeville, Wareham and Westport. Within these communities you will find affordable beachfront property, world class town beaches, amazing seafood, quality public schools, top tier private schools, multiple golf courses, no traffic and a general low cost of living. Approximately 30 minutes from Providence and 25 minutes from the bridge to Cape Cod.

Role Description

We are seeking a personable dentist to join our exceptional team If you would like to help provide patients with an extraordinary, caring and professional experience while being an associate to some of the most respected and educationally advanced dentists in the State--then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Starting pay is $700 (or higher with experience and/or advanced training) per day plus a performance bonus to top you up to a collections percentage (market rate based on your experience and/or advanced training). We have a 401k plan and a very generous vacation policy. Days and hours negotiable for the right candidate.

Starting Base Pay 

• Dental School Graduates $700/day+
• GPR Graduates $800/day+ 
• +$50/day per year of full-time experience with a maximum total of $1,000 per day

Qualifications

• Experience in performing dental procedures and diagnosing oral health conditions
• Knowledge of dental treatment planning and patient education
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Familiarity with dental software and technology
• Valid dental license in the state of Massachusetts
