Nuclear Medicine Technology Faculty Member

The School of Medical Imaging & Therapeutics invites applications for a full-time faculty member to teach Nuclear Medicine Technology. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing students with engaging and high-quality instruction, as well as participating in research and scholarly activities. Coursework may include Radiation Physics, Regulations, Radiopharmacy, and Instrumentation.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Teaching online and in-person lab courses to undergraduate and graduate students
  • Providing students with syllabi, assignments, and evaluation criteria
  • Incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion into coursework and advising students
  • Participating in departmental committees and University events and ceremonies
  • Maintaining expertise in Nuclear Medicine Technology through professional development opportunities

Qualifications for this position include a minimum of a Master's degree, five years of work experience in Nuclear Medicine, and five years of experience teaching at the college/university level. Candidates must be able to work independently and interact effectively with students, faculty, and administration, and be committed to valuing diversity in the workplace.
