Qualifications:

  • Current RN licensure
  • BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year
  • CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting eligibility requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
  • Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting
  • Previous leadership experience in a charge nurse or lead capacity
