Inpatient Pharmacist - Critical Care

We are currently seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist with a critical care background or PGY1/PGY2 residency to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize medication therapy for critically ill patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and adjust care plans
  • Monitor patient responses and ensure effective drug use
  • Educate staff and patients on medication-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
Qualifications:
  • Unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in the state of South Carolina
  • PGY1/PGY2 residency or equivalent critical care experience
  • Board Certification in Critical Care (BCCCP) preferred
  • Baccalaureate degree or PharmD Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong clinical skills and teamwork abilities
