Hospitalist Opportunity - Baton Rouge, LA

Our Lady of the Lake seeks Hospitalists to join our team with a retention rate of over 90 percent.
Highlights of the opportunity are:
    • Board Certification or Board Eligibility is required.
    • Physician Lead Organization
    • $300K plus potential
    • EPIC EMR inpatient and outpatient
    • Benefits package, moving expense allowance, out-going malpractice tail insurance covered and no restrictive covenants/non-compete clauses
    • Reliable 7-on/7-off block schedule with advanced-planning flexibility.
    • Average daily rounding census per Hospitalist of 14-16 patients
    • On-site Intensivist support with open ICUs
