Title: Information Technology Unified Communications Analyst

Must Haves:

  • 1+ year of unified communications support experience in a fast-paced environment, i.e. video-teleconferencing, UCCM, UCCX, Teams, or similar systems
  • 1+ year of successful support of business initiatives
  • The UC analyst must be an effective communicator and self-motivated
  • The position entails a variety of duties which may often change, requiring the ability to think logically/use step-by-step procedures to analyze/solve problems
  • Must be capable of following processes and procedures reliably and accurately

This is a hybrid remote role working in person 3 days per week. The job description for the position includes the following responsibilities:

Inter-Departmental Communication and Support:

  • Responsible for fostering healthy relationships and effective communication between the UC team and other departments within the company.

IT Support for UC Systems:

  • Provides support for UC systems, including Phones, UCCS, USaaS, CCCX, network, and firewall.
  • Troubleshoots UC system issues.

Call Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conducts routine call analysis and reporting.
  • Ensures calls are made without issues during normal business hours.

Call Center Support:

  • Supports call reporting and the use of the UCCX (Call Center) at the home office.
  • Verifies reporting functionality and system operational status.

Telecom Billing and Equipment Installation:

  • Formulates telecom billing and bill processing requirements.
  • Prepares cost and time estimates for installing and implementing new UC equipment and software.

End-User Training and System Monitoring:

  • Instructs end-user personnel on UC system applications and capabilities.
  • Participates in planning and designing end-user training programs.
  • Monitors system operations and vendor services.

Additional Duties:
