Position Overview & Responsibilities:

PK Property Services is looking for motivated and reliable candidates for commercial cleaning. We have a 2nd shift position of for a Floater to start immediately. Apply today, start tomorrow.

Candidate must have a valid driver's license and travel between locations when necessary. You will be covering shifts, cleaning, and training all around the Twin Cities area. This is a Full-Time position. You must have the flexibility to work Monday through Friday. 8-hours shift, start time:

  • 2nd shift: 4:30pm until work is finished.

Qualifications:
  • Must be willing to drive to different job locations, when necessary
  • Must have a valid Driver's License & a clean driving record
  • Possess and maintain valid appropriate certifications and licenses, as stipulated by the customer facility
  • Ability to pass a standard background check including E-Verify
  • Ability to operate minor equipment
  • Be able to read and understand instructions associated with the equipment
  • Must be a self-starter and able to produce work with minimum supervision
  • Must occasionally life and/or move up 50 pounds
  • Must be able to drive to multiple places
Compensation:
