Role Summary

As a Commercial HVAC Project Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in solidifying client relationships, accelerating our sales trajectory, and steering the practical completion of projects. We seek a driven, results-oriented professional with an exceptional track record in commercial HVAC sales, cost estimation, and project management.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Client Partnerships: Build and sustain robust business relationships with commercial clients across Las Vegas and nearby regions.

Comprehensive Needs Analysis: Conduct meticulous site surveys to identify unique client HVAC needs and formulate tailored solutions accordingly.

Cost Estimation & Proposal Development: Generate accurate project cost projections and craft compelling sales proposals that align with client objectives while optimizing profitability.

Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire course of HVAC projects, from initial consultation to project closeout, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and external contractors.

Performance Metrics & Sales Analytics: Maintain up-to-the-minute sales databases, employing data analytics to measure individual and team performance against set objectives.

Financial Objectives: Reliably achieve or exceed sales goals, thereby making a substantive contribution to the company's financial targets.

Customer Service Excellence: Uphold superior customer service to ensure client satisfaction, which in turn nurtures long-term relationships and facilitates repeat business.

Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as an efficient connector between various internal departments, such as engineering, installation, and maintenance.

Market Intelligence: Keep your finger on the pulse of emerging trends, new technologies, and industry best practices, positioning our services at the forefront of the market.

Minimum Qualifications

Local Expertise: Candidates must be in or have considerable connections to Las Vegas, NV.

Stable Career History: Demonstrable employment stability is essential.

Regulatory Adherence: Active and valid EPA certification is non-negotiable.

Technical Proficiency: At least five years of practical experience in roles involving commercial HVAC installation or servicing.

Business Acumen: A minimum of three years of solid, verifiable experience in HVAC project estimation, sales, and management is required.

Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are imperative.

Technical Literacy: Reading and understanding blueprints and technical schematics is a must.
