Job Responsibilities

  • Perform primarily in the office with occasional fieldwork
  • Projects include land development, site development, and public works
  • Draft survey projects in AutoCAD Civil3D or Bentley MicroStation
  • Create digital terrain models from field survey data
  • Knowledge of Trimble Business Center (TBC) is a plus
  • Review and check work for quality control
  • Conduct deed research
  • Work under the direct supervision of a Professional Land Surveyor
  • Identify possible problems, and conflicts, and bring them to the supervisor’s attention
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent or specialized vocational training
  • 3 years of land survey experience
  • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D
  • Advanced knowledge of MicroStation (Inroads & GeoPak) is a plus
