As a 3rd Shift Bench Builder at ISRI, you will play a crucial role in constructing and assembling high-quality automotive interiors. This position offers an opportunity for you to showcase your craftsmanship and attention to detail. You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals to meet production targets and ensure the delivery of flawless products to our customers. This role is essential in maintaining the reputation of ISRI as a leader in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
  • Construct and assemble automotive interiors according to provided specifications and blueprints
  • Utilize hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit materials accurately
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments or repairs
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and meet deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity
  • Follow company's quality standards and manufacturing procedures
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in carpentry, woodworking, or a related field preferred
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
  • Willingness to work on the 3rd shift, including weekends and holidays as needed
